Climat scolaire (F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Wallonie-Bruxelles)<\/a>, lance un programme de formation de 3 jours destin\u00e9 aux op\u00e9rateur\u00b7rices de terrain, pour <strong>concevoir, structurer et animer des formations adapt\u00e9es aux r\u00e9alit\u00e9s scolaires<\/strong>, en int\u00e9grant les enjeux cruciaux comme la gestion de projet et la pr\u00e9vention du harc\u00e8lement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objectif de la formation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Renforcer ses comp\u00e9tences p\u00e9dagogiques afin de concevoir, structurer et animer des formations adapt\u00e9es aux contextes scolaires, en int\u00e9grant notamment les enjeux li\u00e9s \u00e0 la gestion de projet et \u00e0 la pr\u00e9vention du harc\u00e8lement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comp\u00e9tences d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Concevoir une formation structur\u00e9e et pertinente, adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 un public scolaire. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utiliser des techniques d\u2019animation participatives et ludiques. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9valuer une formation et ajuster sa pratique. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transmettre efficacement des savoirs et des comp\u00e9tences.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adopter une posture professionnelle et g\u00e9rer les dynamiques de groupe en situation sensible.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Public cible<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Op\u00e9rateur\u00b7rices de terrain intervenant en milieu scolaire&nbsp;: associations, \u00e9ducateurs, animateurs, m\u00e9diateurs, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Programme de formation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:30px\">3 sessions de 3 jours \u2013 en pr\u00e9sentiel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<strong>Jour 1 \u2013 Explorer sa posture et les bases p\u00e9dagogiques&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Se positionner dans le r\u00f4le de formateur\u00b7rice et poser les fondements d\u2019une p\u00e9dagogie efficace&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photolangage&nbsp;: se projeter dans le r\u00f4le de formateur\u00b7rice <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posture professionnelle dans des contextes sensibles (harc\u00e8lement, \u00e9motions fortes, etc.) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les bases d\u2019une animation vivante&nbsp;: r\u00f4les, \u00e9thique et dynamique de groupe <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ateliers&nbsp;: objectifs p\u00e9dagogiques (SMART), approche par comp\u00e9tences, taxonomie de Bloom<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9couverte des paradigmes de Leclercq <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identification des forces personnelles dans la posture de formateur\u00b7rice&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p Initiation \u00e0 la ludop\u00e9dagogie&nbsp;: concepts, b\u00e9n\u00e9fices, jeux-cadres (m\u00e9thode Thiagi)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9fi cr\u00e9atif&nbsp;: transformer une activit\u00e9 classique
